exhibition MIR-EXPO.
The International Forum «Ferrous
and Non-ferrous Scrap metals» has been held in Moscow for 16 years. During this
time the event has become a market legend and an anticipated industry event
that combines serious work and communication. In 2021 we are complementing the
format to achieve the most effective work of the target audience and ensure
security measures.
The Organizing Committee will
reserve the entire conference center (3500 sq. m.) and most of the rooms in the
new premium business hotel Hyatt Regency Moscow – Petrovsky Park 5*.
Accommodation will be provided only for registered delegates, exhibitors and
members of the Association NSRO RUSLOM.COM. All participants will be provided
with personal protection equipment and if necessary, the possibility of
isolation in their own comfortable room.
This year there have been
many changes in the metallurgical raw material market. Business participants in
all countries of the world had to adapt their strategies to work in conditions
of restriction. Timely receipt of reliable information and analytics, forecasts,
and feedback from foreign partners has become an extremely important
factor.
The metallurgical sector in
Russia was one of the first to show positive dynamics and recovery from the
crisis. However, in the risky sector due to government restrictions was the
procurement of scrap metals. Now more than ever, an open platform for dialogue
between business and government is needed, to determine the priority measures
of support to prevent the bankruptcy of scrap collectors and the risk of a
shortage of metallurgical raw materials.
At the same time, the remote
mode of work demonstrated to us not only the importance of anti-crisis tools
and the value of personal communication but also the usefulness of
automatization and digitalization of all business processes. For many
companies, 2020 was the starting point for implementing technical solutions and
upgrading capacities. The Moscow International Recycling Expo will present the
best technologies experience of different countries, collect the best offers
for recycling and utilization, banking products, solutions for logistics,
security, and much more.
